FRP rods

Usha Martin Group has consolidated a large share in the international FRP rods market with reliable products that provide an anti-buckling property to optical fiber cables. These rods are used either at the centre of the core, or embedded with the outer sheath – providing strength to the cable radially and axially.

Impregnated glass riber roving

Reinforcement solutions for optical fiber cables must preserve flexibility and strength. Used typically to protect the cables from rodents, termites and other physical damage, our impregnated glass fiber roving solutions are made in a dedicated facility for OFC and copper telecom cables. This unit is certified for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

We are able to customise roving solutions to a variety of international specifications and have been supplying them to clients in 40+ countries globally. With a versatile product mix, complete in-house testing, and the ability to produce complex cables, the Usha Martin Group can meet your exacting needs and deliver the right solution, from an expert’s perspective.
