High performance compacted ropes are ideal for duties where long service is required. Powerform 8/8P exhibits high fatigue life & increased abrasion resistance due to the unique compacting process it is put through. Due to its maximum crushing resistance, this rope is recommended for multi-layer spooling operations. A sample of rope from each production batch is tested to destruction in order to confirm compliance with catalogued breaking force values. Optional plastic impregnation of the steel core (PI) signifies full plastic impregnation of the steel core.
